EXIT Real Estate Solutions earns Rising Star Award
EXIT Real Estate Solutions earned several agency and individual honors, including the 2014 Brokerage Rising Star Award, at the recent EXIT Realty Tennessee Awards Banquet.
Based in Hendersonville, EXIT Real Estate Solutions rode the strength of an agent roster that more than doubled in 2014 to earn the Rising Star honor. The firm also ranked in the top five of all EXIT brokerages in the state in both gross commission income by brokerage and total units sold by brokerage.
Stacy Strobl, regional owner of EXIT Tennessee Realty, recognized the firm’s achievements at the banquet held in February at The Factory at Franklin. “Exit Real Estate Solutions exceeded every goal that was set in 2014 to include new agent count, office production, training and community service,” she said. “They are a leading example for the EXIT Realty Brand in Tennessee and I couldn’t be prouder to be affiliated with them.”
For the second time in the past three years, the agency’s administrative assistant, Tina Suttle, was named Administrative Assistant of the Year for EXIT Tennessee. Three EXIT Real Estate Solutions agents — Gayle Halvorson, David McClard and Brenda Neely — were presented with their five-year pins, and new agent Terrah McCann was one of five statewide winners of the 2014 All Star Rookie award.
“We are very excited to be recognized for this honor from among the many excellent EXIT offices across Tennessee,” said Principal Broker Ed Andrews. “We have been very blessed with agents who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to our clients and who continually put forth extra effort to increase their industry knowledge and stay on top of market trends.”
Halvorson was also honored as one of four agents statewide who earned the 2014 Gold Level Multi-Million Dollar Producer honor for sales exceeding $10 million. Her sales total put her in the top five for the 2014 Gross Commission Income by Agent honor.
Six EXIT Real Estate Solutions agents earned the 2014 Multi-Million Dollar Producers honor for sales exceeding $2 million including Ed Andrews, Janie Andrews, Robin Harmon, Rhonda Murphy-Hannah, David McClard and Tina Redding. Four agents earned the 2014 Million Dollar Producers honor for sales exceeding $1 million including Evelyn Carter, Randy Cline, Samantha Freeman and Terrah McCann.
